Property Forecasting Plan – Service Policy This policy outlines the scope, inclusions, and important information relating to the Property Forecasting Plan. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Nature of the Service The Property Forecasting Plan is a strategic, scenario-based planning service designed to support informed property decision-making. It helps explore possible pathways and long-term outcomes using assumed scenarios. This service does not provide financial, legal, taxation, lending, or investment advice and does not offer market predictions or guarantees. What’s Included Your plan includes access to the Property Forecasting Tool and its advanced features, one 15-minute Alignment Call, and one 60-minute Property Forecasting Strategy Session. Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed. Important to Know All forecasts are illustrative only and based on assumptions provided or discussed. The service does not calculate lender-specific borrowing capacity and does not replace advice from licensed professionals. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate. Booking & Sessions Sessions must be booked via the provided booking link and are subject to availability. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited. Payments & Refunds The Property Forecasting Plan is a one-off fee payable in full prior to booking. Due to the personalised nature of this service, refunds are not available once access to the forecasting tool or sessions has commenced. Use of Information Forecasting outputs are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or relied upon as guarantees. Liability While care is taken in delivering this service, Optimum Buyers Agency makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.
