This 45-minute session is where your supported buying journey with us begins. Together, we explore your goals, preferred suburbs, budget, and the type of property you’re hoping to secure. From there, we start shaping your personalised Buying Brief and map out the pathway we’ll walk together from planning and searching to securing the right property. During this session, we will: - Discuss your goals, needs, preferences and lifestyle needs - Explore the types of properties you’re drawn to - Identify your non-negotiables and ideal locations - Review your current position (including finance readiness) - Share market insights relevant to your search - Outline how we’ll approach your personalised property search - Begin onboarding so we can confidently start the process together As your dedicated buyer's agent, our role is to make your life easier, remove the stress from purchasing a property, and guide you professionally through every step right through to the moment you receive your keys. This session is free and designed to give you clarity, direction, and confidence knowing you’re supported from the very beginning.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly.
